OUR POPULAR 12-WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION PLAN
Looking for a great kick start, our 12 week body transformation could be for you, we have designed it with results in mind, we take care of the gym work for you with weekly personal training sessions and we will guide you with how and what to eat to maximise your results. Each plan will include a full body composition analysis at the beginning and end of the course.
To include 1 Personal training session per week, training plan, nutritional plan and gym membership for the duration - £600
To include 2 personal training sessions per week, training plan, nutritional plan and gym membership for the duration - £1080
